Español / English / Deutsch La 22 edición de la maratón Internacional de Lanzarote tendrá lugar en la acogedora zona turística de Costa Teguise, el domingo 4 de diciembre, con una temperatura media de 18ºC (60ºF), siendo el destino ideal para disfrutar de una prueba al aire libre y en un escenario con el mar como protagonista. • EL RECORRIDO El recorrido previsto comenzará en la avenida Islas Canarias, frente a Sands Beach Resort y recorrerá esta avenida hasta la avenida del Jablillo, dirección a la marina de Costa Teguise, donde entra el recorrido en el paseo marítimo que nos llevará hasta Las Caletas y pasando por la Casa de la Familia Real, La Mareta. • DISTANCIAS Y CATEGORIAS ¼ de Maratón, 10,550KM. Consiste en una sola vuelta al recorrido. Recorrido ideal tanto para principiantes como para corredores experimentados y con ganas de mejorar sus marcas en esta distancia. Coste inscripción 15€. ½ Maratón, 21,100KM. Consiste en dos vueltas al recorrido, siendo un recorrido tanto para corredores habituales como principiantes con ganas de superar sus distancias y marcas. Coste inscripción 20€. Maratón, 42,195KM. Consiste en cuatro vueltas al recorrido y es la prueba reina que atrae a corredores que quieren ser los primeros en llegara a meta y completar su primer maratón. Además participaran corredores en silla de ruedas. Coste inscripción 25€. Maratón para niños, 1km. Una carrera pensado para todos los pequeños entre 4 y 13 años y que desean experimentar su primera prueba e este deporte. Esta prueba es gratuita y se celebra el día antes de la propia prueba. Grupos de edad tanto masculinos como femeninos: 18-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 y +64. From here the course leads onto the beachfront promenade until Las Caletas, passing by the Spanish royal family´s holiday residence, La Mareta. • DISTANCES AND CATEGORIES: ⅟₄ Marathon – 10.550km: One lap of the race course. The ideal choice for beginners or more experiences runners whose aim is to improve their time this distance. Entrance fee: 15€ ⅟₂ Marathon – 21.100 km: Two laps of the course, this race will suit both regular runners and beginners who strive to beat their previous personal bests. Entrance fee: 20€ Marathon – 41.195km: Four complete laps of the course, this main event brings together both top athletes and those who dream of completing a marathon for the first time. Also open for wheelchair participants. Entrance fee: 25€ Kids Marathon – 1km: For those potential athletes from 4 to 13 years old who want to try their hand at the sport! This race will be held the day before (Saturday) and entrance is free. Age groups for both men and women: 18-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64 and 64+. Mit einer durchschnittstemperatur von 18ºC und dem Meer als ständigen Begleiter ist es der ideale Schauplatz für diese Veranstaltung. Die Strecke Der geplante Verlauf beginnt an der Avenida Islas Canarias, gegenüber des Sands Beach Resort, und folgt dieser Strasse bis zur Avenida del Jablillo, in Richtung des Hafens von Costa Teguise, wo die Strecke auf die Strandpromenade weiterführt vorbei am Königshaus “La Mareta” und bis zu Las Caletas. Entfernungen und Kategorien ⅟₄ Marathon, 10,550Km Die Strecke wird einmal gelaufen. Ideal für Anfänger und erfahrene Läufer, die ihre Zeit verbessern möchten. Einschreibungsgebühr €15 ⅟₂Marathon, 21,100Km Die Strecke wird zweimal gelaufen, für Läufer die regelmässig laufen und Anfänger, die ihre Distanz und Zeit steigern möchten. Einschreibungsgebühr €20 Marathon, 42,195Km, die Strecke wird vier mal gelaufen und ist die Königsdiziplin für Läufer, die ihre Zeit verbessern möchten oder auch um ihren ersten Marathon zu laufen. Auch für Teilnehmer in Rollstühlen, Einschreibungsgebühr €25. Kindermarathon, 1Km. Ein kleiner Lauf für alle Kinder zwischen 4 und 13 Jahren, um mit diesem Sport in Kontakt zu kommen. Dieser Marathon ist kostenlos und findet am Tag vor dem grossen Lauf statt.
